Research on Human Resource Outsourcing Models from the Perspective of Improving the Soft Power of Enterprises

  In order to adapt to the fierce competition, Chinese enterprises must actively reform of organization and management, strengthen the enterprise survival capacity.Human resource outsourcing is provided human resource service product by Professional Company, which can reduce manpower costs and maximize efficiency.This model has become the trend of development of small and medium-sized enterprises at the present stage.Enterprises can not reach the expected effect in the talent demand, which greatly increased the human resources cost of enterprises.This paper is intended to seek the companys human resources outsourcing and enterprise optimal allocation of internal mechanisms, the purpose is to find companies in the case of the lowest transaction costs to be taken human resources outsourcing strategies.This enables enterprises to have a more stable environment for human resources management.
