Draw lessons from domestic and international experience to promote the development of Metropolitan Area public utilities

摘要：

　　Firstly this paper from the formation and development of domestic and foreign metropolitan area,and especially detailed analyze the history of the development of metropolitan area public utilities in economic development of the developed countries,at the same time based on the evolution of metropolitan area public utilities with the development of economic social since the reform and opening-up in China,analysis of the current development situation of metropolitan area and public utilities in China,summarized the experience and lessons of the development of metropolitan area public utilities at home and abroad for the development of Chinese public utilities.It’s important guiding role for the development of metropolitan area public utilities in China.
