High-tech radiation of Beijing-Tianjin on Economic of Langfang

摘要：

　　Science and technology are primary productive forces.High-tech give impetus to development of economy and progress of society.Competitive strength of cities in capital economic circle depend on speed and quality of high-tech development.High-tech will be spread out through a certain pattern,the same as human and information resources.Based on the above background,this paper studies high-tech industries’ development status and trend,analyzing relevant theories and models,discussing relevant policies.
