Beijing,Tannin is an area of about 185,000 square kilometers,Hebei Province,Beijing and Tianjin city was surrounded by two arms,with over 600 km of coastline,both land and sea special geographical areas.Therefore,Beijing,Tianjin and industrial layout optimization problem is not only a coordinated industrial layout problem of land and sea,but also affect the level of regional economic development is one important factor.On this basis,this paper summarizes the status of Beijing,Tianjin and industrial layout,and detailed analysis of the problems of industrial layout,made the strategic vision of regional industrial layout,the final layout of proposed industrial dislocation,cultivating large coastal areas,the implementation of point - axis - network development strategy to achieve strategic eastward industrial layout,etc.suggestions.
