Studies on Properties of Pearl Fiber and Yarn

摘要：

　　This article mainly introduced various properties of pearl fiber and yarn.Studies on properties of pearl fiber include the morphological structure,infrared spectrogram,fineness and single fiber strength.Studies on properties of pearl yarn include yarn strength,fineness uniformity,moisture content,yarn hairiness,as well as acid and alkali resistance.From the above research,we can conclude that pearl fiber is suitable for development of knitted fabrics.
