Optimization of Bmlebocin3 Expression using Design of Experiment

  DOE (design of experiment) was verified as an effective way to increase productivity and improve quality in physical,materials,social sciences and agricultural engineering.For protein expression in molecular biology optimization is very necessary to get tiie maximum recombinant protein.Traditionally,it usually takes factors in consideration separately,therefore,tiie relationships between factors are ignored.In this study,DOE was applied to optimization of Bmlebocin3 precursor expression,and tiie results show tiiat besides OD value when induction begins and time of induction tiiese two factors,the relationship between these two factors can significantly influence the protein expression of Bmlebocin3.
