Study on New Preparation Technology for Part-Gelatinization Seriflux

摘要：

　　A new part-gelatinization starch seriflux preparation technology has been proposed in order to solve the problems that the traditional starch seriflux mixing process requires a long time,high energy consumption,a complicated operation process,and having tiie pulp perishing easily.This paper introduces the new preparation technology for the part-gelatinization of starch seriflux from two aspects,namely the prepare ingredients and the mixing equipment involved.The performance of this new technology is tested and optimized.The experiment proves that tiie new preparation technology for the part-gelatinization of starch seriflux is remarkable in energy saving,emission reduction,increasing efficiency,etc.Part-gelatinization of starch seriflux not only makes up for the traditional variety of limitations of starch seriflux,but also improves tiie consistence of seriflux quality.
