Study on a New Way of the Arrangement Method of Bra Sewing Production Line Process
The combination of sewing production line is tiiat all processes are decomposed and composed to meet the requirements of calculation and scheduling.A reasonable programme can not only realize uniform load of work,but also effectively reduce the consumption of various resources that used in the enterprises,which plays a very important role in the intensive and beneficial production.The paper,based on the characteristics of bra sewing production line,utilizes tiie process layout and combination rules,ultimately put forward a new way of the arrangement metiiod of bra sewing production line process,which is aimed at improving the production efficiency of tiie actual bra sewing production line.The innovation that mentioned above is simplified by the process analysis table,then generated directed network graph,finally determined priority area.Afterwards,groups organization is made according to the priority connection,priority area and assembled range.During grouping,the limited equipment and compatible relationship is also taken into account.After that,taking a bra for example,while tiie method is applied to the layout and optimization of tiie bra process,it will make tiie workplace more proportionate,achieving the optimization in the process of combination and balance,provide useful references for research and development of Computer Aided Process Planning System.
