Study on the Preparation of Poly aniline and Polyaniline/Polyester Conductive Fabric

摘要：

　　Using ammonium persulfate as oxidant and sulfuric acid as mixed acid,polyaniline was prepared tiirough chemical oxidation syntiiesis.Polyaniline/polyester conductive fabric was prepared through in-situ polymerization syntiiesis and the properties of polyaniline/polyester conductive fabric were examined by using the popular vector network analyzer.The best reaction of polyaniline is the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline 1:1, the density of sulfuric acid is lmol/L,the reaction time is 6h,tiie reaction temperature is between 15 and 25 °C.The best reaction of preparing polyaniline/polyester conductive fabric is the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline is 1:1, the density of sulfuric acid is lmol/L,tiie reaction time is 2h, the reaction temperature is between 15 and 25 °C.
