Study on Damp-Heat Setting Process for Curled Polyester Fiber

摘要：

　　Different kinds of damp-heat setting processes for curled polyester fiber were designed.In tiie process of damp-heat setting,effect of sample state,setting temperature and setting time on the crimp recovery and tensile properties were investigated.The suitable damp-heat setting process was determined.It was advised that crimp recovery should be used as the evaluating index of tiie crimp elasticity,and residual strengtii should be used to reflect the change of tensile properties before and after setting.The main purpose of tiiis report is to lay a ;ms for wig products.
