Research on the Application of Color Splice in Sweater Design

　　Color design is one of tiie important factors that drive tiie diversification of sweater design.Under the historical background of pursuing diversification and innovation,color splice design has gradually come into being,and brings about more inspiration for sweater design,bringing sweater design closer to peoples demands for fashion.This paper will take color splice as tiie breakthrough point,and analyze the tiiree application modes of color splice in sweater design: multicolor splice,plain-fancy splice and fancy splice.Through case studies,the analysis indicates that the two principles for the application of color splice in sweater design is the visual aesthetic principle and functional principle.In combination with different application modes and application principles,the wiggle space of color splice design is expanded,and it is hoped that this study will provide a wider range of design ideas for sweater designers.
