　　In recent years,tiie markets of infants wear have grown rapidly.So tiie companies need to increase brand value and become more professional.This paper in order to meet the need of infants and strike a balance between comfort and sustainable usage,analysed a pant for infants structure parameters.Then obtained the main parameters of tiie structure optimized pant,which can prolong the usage period.Finally found out the mutual improvement rule between structure and properties.Optimizing the integral structure design will improve tiie rationality and continuous use of infants wear.To some extent,this work provides new ideas which will help designers engaged in the design of infants wear.
