Approximation of the Sleeve Cap Line with Cubic Bezier Curves
Intelligent Computer Aided Garment Design (abbr.as GCAD) system caters for tiie development of tiie current market,so the study on it has become one of the important ways to develop GCAD system.In many cases,tiie computer needs to cut or extend some clotiiing parts construction curves when the garments are spliced together.Under tiiis background,tiiis paper focuses on suits two-piece sleeve.To review tiie related literatures,tiiis paper analyzes the structure of tiie human body,which is related sleeve cap.Furthermore,this paper analyzes sleeve cap curves design features.This paper focuses on discussing the question of two-piece sleeve fitting by Bezier curve,and presents approximation of the sleeve cap line.All these pave tiie way for the research of the project in botii theory and practice.
