The Analysis on Simulating Prolonged Wear
Bra is regarded as womens necessary clothes,and its function and comfort are closely combined with a selection of fabric and accessories.The elasticity of the material has a direct effect on dimensions and durability.Therefore,according to the function and force analysis of different components of bra,it is known tiiat the shoulder slrap and the wing are the main parts made of elastic material.Usually,shoulder slrap is made individually.Therefore,tiiis research is focused on the effect of tiie different kinds of wings using the different elastic material tiiat evaluate tiie dimensional stability of the bra.Electronic strength tester is a very important instrument and is widely used in textile research,teaching practice,quality inspection and other fields.The Simulating Prolonged Wear (SPW) test based on tiie testing principle of electronic strength tester is made in tiiis paper.It is found tiiat SPW is an important test method to achieve and maintain consistency in bra development.
