Investigation on Shielding Efficiency of Fabric Embedded Stainless Steel Filament
In order to study tiie influence of tiie way tiiat metal fibers are embedded on the anti-microwave performance of fabric,the cotton fabrics embedding stainless steel filaments are designed and weaved.The shielding efficiency impacted by tiie embedding density and the incident angel of microwave are tested and analyzed.The results show that the shielding efficiency increases witii tiie increase of embedding density of stainless steel filament,and reaches the maximum of 40dB,no matter how much the density increses.The relationship between microwave Iransmittance and incident angel shows an approximate curve of cosine square.More ideal shielding effect can be achieved if fabric is bidirectionally embedded in stainless steel filament,which will greatly reduce tiie fluctuation of shielding efficiency while tiie incident angel changed.
