Analysis on the Effectiveness of Customer Service Surveys in Clothing Stores

  Customer feedback is primarily used for store management as an evaluation of customer service being provided.With the information obtained from customer feedback,stores use it to get a competitive advantage by improving their service and product,and thereby increasing its competitive advantage in the market.This advantage can also come from other areas,such as from tiie outward appearance of tiie store to tiie products on display,and from the attitude of the store personnel to tiie quality of the management.Only by capturing the interest of the customers can tiie store gain a bigger portion of the market.Hence,tiirough tiie use of customer service evaluation,customer loyalty is cultivated,the competitiveness of the enterprises is increased,and an excellent corporate culture witiiin the industry is established.The existing bottlenecks to certain extent can be also broken,which will have a far-reaching,positive effects on the development of the business.
