Research on Garment Products Launch Strategy
Garment product launch strategy is a strategy used by a clothing retail enterprise to launch a reasonable amount of clothes at tiie right time to fulfill the market demand as well as achieve their own sales target and effectively control its inventory.It is usually made according to the marketing mix strategy and clothing product sales trends.This paper has reviewed the general theory of product launch;defined product mix,launch season and launch time in garment product launch strategy combining witii tiie characteristics of clothing market.It has analyzed the implementation process of product launch strategy with special reference to overall planning,regional planning,circulation week,distribution costs,and implementation of product launch plan.Finally it has analyzed the evaluation of product launch strategy from tiie aspects of product check,launch ratio check,circulation week control and product back to tiie storage.
