Synthetic process optimization of 3-Amino-4-amidoximinofurazan and its thermal properties
In this paper, 3-Amino-4-amidoximinofurazan(AAOF) was synthesized using malononitrile.With help of on-line technique,the influence of some factors in the reaction were discussed and the optimized condition was determined: adding sodium nitrite in the form of water solution, the best amount of AcOH is 1.7 mL (in line with 50 mmol malononitrile) and setting reaction temperature as 27 ℃.By using in-situ infrared spectroscopy, the conversion of the nitrile groups in 2-nitrosomalonitrile into oxime groups were observed in oximing reaction.In addition, the thermal stability and Cp data of 2-oxime malononitrile and AAOF were studied in this work, which would serve as good theoretical references for the large scale manufacturing and engineering.
