Study on properties of porous silicon explosive
Double-cell electrochemical etching was used to generate porous silicon on P-type silicon wafer surface.Structure parameters of porous silicon were characterized by Scanning Electron Mieroscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spetroscopy(FTIR), and the ignition properties of porous silicon explosives were studied as well.The results showed that porous silicon has a sponge-like structure with nano-pore sizes and full of active H by annealing, Ni/Cr-bridges was 160μmXI60μmX0.9μm with about 8.5Ω.And that porous silicon explosives could be ignited with heat, electric energy and laser energy, achieved parameter of heat decomposing, 50% sensitivity of ignition and delay time by electric energy.Moreover groped for parameter about laser igniton of porous silicon explosives.
