Research on the infrared emission characteristics of a new type infrared composition

  A new type of infrared composition was developed and carried out the infrared emission performance test.This infrared composition was composed of alloy powder, metal oxide and polytetrafluoroethylene.The test results showed: this infrared composition had fast ignition, long infrared emission duration during combustion (>40s) and far infrared (8-12μm) emission intensity close to or higher than near infrared, middle infrared (0.9-1.1μm,3-5μm) emission intensity.
