Study on launch safety evaluation method of explosive charge

摘要：

　　In order to satisfy the requirement of the modem war, the performance of the gun must be improved, which makes the launch environment becoming worse and worse.As a result, the accidents of bore burst, early burst often occurred.Therefore, the launch safety becomes the key problem that restricts the development of guns.In this paper, based on the research results of launch dynamics of weapon system and multibody dynamics, the mechanism of bore burst, early burst caused by explosive charge is expounded, and the evaluation theory and test method of explosive charge launch safety are introduced.This theory and method provide key technology and means for evaluation of explosive charge launch safety, also, they could provide a new way to improve the test level of explosive charge launch safety.
