Combustion characteristics of partially cut multi-perforated stick propellant

摘要：

　　The propellant charge technology which has high loading-density/high progressivity is a key direction in the area of propelling charge.In order to obtain high progressivity, multi-perforated stick propellant with different web, different incision width and spacing of incision has been prepared according to the design idea, and tested in closed bomb.The results show that propellant with unidirectional incision interval for 16mm and 20mm obtains better combustion performance than the stick propellant without partially cutting obviously.If this propellant arranged orderly when it was charged, the loading density must be improved.So this study has some practical value in the application of long stick propellant.
