Study on mathematical model of thermal autoignition for spherical display shell
This paper studied the thermal safety problems of single spherical fireworks products based on thermal dynamics simulations.The mathematical model of thermal autoignition law of single spherical display shell was established by the use of thermal autoignition theory.According to the definition of thermal resistance, the concept of the equivalent Biot number was put forward, the effect of packaging paper cartridge on the boundary conditions of thermal autoignition model was made a strong focus.The numerical solution procedures of the critical parameters of thermal autoignition model were established based on the shooting method.Took 8-inch display shells of red peony for example, combined with experiment test and analysis, the model of thermal autoignition was solved, and the values of criterion of thermal explosion and critical ambient temperature were given.
