Formulation design of liquid-solid mixed fuel air explosive based on grey relationship analysis
In order to study what effects do the different fuels of liquid-solid mixed fuel air explosive have on detonation power, VLW equation is used to calculate the detonation parameters of some liquid fuels and air mixture in theory. Also on the basis of experiment results, Grey Relational Analysis method is used to calculate the grey correlative degree, which is between different liquid components and peak overpressure and positive pressure impulse. The results showed notably that, as the equivalence ratio increases, detonation parameters (i.e.detonation velocity, detonation pressure and detonation temperature) increase and then decrease smoothly. The optimum stoichiometric ratio is founded on the side where the equivalence ratio is over 1.Detonation parameters of the n-hexane, n pentane and n-heptane are better than other three liquids.Through comparative analysis of grey correlative degree, the influence laws are given which are between the different liquid components and the peak overpressure and the positive pressure impulse. The impact on the detonation power of aluminum powder is the greatest in the distance, and the best liquid fuel is n-hexane among the six kinds of liquid fuels.
