Simulation of propellant extrusion process based on POLYFLOW software

摘要：

　　In order to study the propellant extrusion process in the forming mould, designed a kind of extrusion forming mould and Solidworks was used to establish the 3D mould.Propellant extrusion process was simulated by using POLYFLOW soft ware, and velocity and pressure profiles at different sections have been shown in this paper.At the same time, simulations about different viscosity, different relaxation time, different inlet velocity and different forming part height are taken.Processing parameters of extrusion process was explored and the results could direct the design of propellant extrusion forming mould.
