Study of warhead grain insulation layer

摘要：

　　Low-density, ultrathin and efficient warhead grain insulation Layers were designed through some experiments.The insulation layer materials were sprayed or brushed on the inner surface of the shell.After cured, insulation layers were formed.The author prepared composites through mixing resin basal body and heat-insulated fillings, and we optimized the composite technology of resin and fillings.Furthermore, we studied the insulation mechanism of insulation layers and the thermal, electrical property of composites.The thermal conductivity of materials is less than 0.1 w/(m·k).The volume resistivity of materials is about 1012Ω·m.
