Cryogenesis:Matter and technologies
The report presents results of researches of oryogenic impact on transformation and accumulation of substances in a technogenic massif of permafrost, and also proves possibility of crea tion of energy-efficient and ecologically safe geocryotechnologies for gold mining.Particularly, results of researches on structural transformations, of phase composition and properties of man-made gold amalgams of technogenous gold deposits of the permafrost, formed as a result of wide application of technologies of amalgamation of the gold in XIX-XX centuries will be shown. The researches allow to understand in depth the nature and mechanisms of transformation and migration of a matters in cryo sphere of the Earth, and also to model similar processes for creation of gcotechnologies of utiliization of toxic components from technogcnic massifs.A heap cryoleaching technology for gold ores was justified basing on theoretical and experimental research into physical, hydrophysical and physiochemical proper ties of sulfuric-chloride solution in the presence of manganese dioxide within a wide range of negative temperatures. This geocryotechnology enables year-round heap leaching of gold in conditions of the permafrost zone through controlling concentration of the electrolyte-cryoprotective agent--sulphuric acid.As a whole, principles of development of cryoleaching geotechnology of minerals can be used for creation of energy-efficient and eco-friendly geocryotechnlogies for development of Northern and Arctic territories.
