The Application of Radon and EH4 Electromagnetic Measurement in Detecting Active Faults in Baodi

  The geological condition of Tianjin has a feature of quaternary high thickness of cover.Through a comprehensive geological investigation of 1:0.05 million in Baodi District of Tianjin, taking into consideration the result of gravity navigation magnetic measurement, and the result of drilling disclosure, for the first time using radon measurement and EH4 electromagnetic measurement in the quaternary high thickness of cover district, approximately finds out deep burial of bedrock roof, the existence of active faults in Baodi and its spatial distributing feature.Using number 1 land materialization comprehensive profile as an example, introduces radon and the application effect of EH4 electromagnetic measurement, provides reference for future three-dimensional geological investigation in similar districts.
