Analysis on Yanshanian Metallogenetism of Gold Deposit Concentration Area in Northwestern Jiaodong Peninsula
From the perspective of mantle plume and mantle branch evolution, this study elaborates the relationship between gold mineralization and the peripheral fracturing system of Guojiadian mantle branch in northwestem Joaodong peninsula. It is considered that Zhaoyuan-Pingdu and Xincheng-Jiajia fracture zones are two detachement zones around the mantle branch, and Sanshadao fracture is a listric fault associated with Jiaojia fracture.Deep-derived ore-bearing hydrothermal fluid that comes from the multiple evolution of mantle plume penetrates into the detachment zones with different natures and forms different types of gold deposits.Linglong and Jiaojia gold deposits are typical ones formed in this metallogenetic mechanism.
