A Brief Analysis of Respective Characteristics and Relations between Embedding Method and Response Matrix Method for Establishing Water Resource Management Model

　　There are usually two methods to establish a groundwater resource management model: embedding method and response matrix method, both of which apply to solve groundwater resource management issues in different types.This paper describes the principles of embedding method and response matrix method, solves three instance models by using these two modeling methods and sums up the scope of applications, respective characteristics and relations based on the comparison and analysis of the objective function, constraints and variable types, quantity, computational speed and output results of the models established by these two methods.
