Application of an Embedded Barometric Sensor in the Groundwater Monitoring

摘要：

　　In this paper, one miniature barometric sensor with high accuracy is designed based on MS5540C, and it is used to compensate the error produced in the groundwater monitoring system caused by barometric pressure.This paper introduces the design method of the barometric sensor which contains hardware, software and the shell, meanwhile, the sensor is applied to groundwater dynamic monitoring system.Experiments show that this design has the characteristics of high stability and high accuracy.
