The Researches on Regulation Scheme of Groundwater Resources in the Middle Reaches of Heier River

摘要：

　　There are some problems to be resolved in the middle reaches of Hebei River.such as the shortage of water resources, the unreasonable exploitation and utilization of water resources, and so on.Based on the optimum distribution theory, some analysis and evaluation are made on the whole exploitation of water resources.The scheme on groundwater resources utilized reasonably is proposed, in which many measures can be taken, such as conjunct irrigation with the help of wells and channels, underground reservoirs regulation and so on.The sheme is useful to realize the sustainable exploitation with the downstream water resources and the sustainable development of society, economy and eco-environment of the middle reaches of Heihe River.
