Analysis of In-site Shaft lining Strain during Float Sinking

  For one vertical shaft in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, elasticity analysis and finite element numerical analysis were made for circumferential strain of any cross section of shaft strain during float sinking, both the elasticity analysis and finite element numerical analysis are in good agreement with the measured data; All the results of the elasticity analysis and finite element numerical analysis and the measured data indicate it is almost linear relationship between circumferential strain and sinking depth.Both the results of the elasticity analysis and finite element numerical analysis indicate circumferential strain is larger than vertical strain during float sinking.
