Analysis of Concentration Changing Rules of the Leachate Components from Xiaojianxi Domestic Garbage Disposal Plant of Qingdao,China
Inthis paper, an simulated leaching experiment on the leachate components from Xiaojianxi domestic garbage disposal plant of Qingdao, China was designed.With the assumption of an average annual precipitation of 700 mm in the Qingdao area, the effects of rainfall on garbage leaching were tested and studied.On the basis of the simulated leaching experiment results, an analysis on the changes in the leached liquid components of garbage has been completed, which indicates that levels of COD and concentrations of inorganic components in leachate are high at the outset of leaching, then decrease as leaching continues and finally approach a stable level.This changing pattern shows that organic matter can degrade and dissolve in water gradually and slowly in a longer time, which also indicate that it can cause the lasting environment pollutions.
