The Research of Training Mode for Geological Talents Based on Production-Learning-Research Cooperation

　　Talents are the most important mental resource.The key factor of promoting mineral resource industry and relieving resource and environmental problems is geological talents, who meets the needs of the industry.The traditional training mode can no longer fit the demand of geological exploration units and industry.This article build a training mode which includes the geological exploration units, geological college as key element..And the mode is based on Production-Learning-Research cooperation.The article put an eye on the function and the position of geological college in the mode.Its purpose is to develop and innovative geological teaching and training mode.
