Analysis of Personnel Current State in Geological Economy and Training Strategies

　　With the increasing development of economy and continuous pressure of resources environment, geological economy work has developed quickly and effectively.However ,there exist many problems in personnel training among numbers of geological universities, which once solved, the service function of geological economy work will be efficiently increased.This essay will analyze the current state of geological economy personnel by way of questionnaire and document research, analyzing personnel training strategies from the point of how geological universities strengthen personnel training in geological economy, how to cultivate innovation professional talent and how to make a plan in the long run and how to detail targets and so on.This will make geological talents better contribute to our economic development.
