The Development of Labor Commodification and Relations since Chinas Reforms and Open Policy:from Perspectives of Polanyi and Marx
The dissertation begins with the discussion of the political economy meaning of labor commodification from the perspective of political economics, differentiates the conception distinction and connection between labor commodification and proletarianization.On this basis, we summarize the development process of labor commodification and employment rehtions since Chinese Reform and Open in five aspects, analyzing influences on labor commodification and decommodification by different institutions.Finally we sketch the rising of hbor social protection movement, and the applicability of using the analysis structure based on Polanyis theory to study Chinese experience.
