Research on De-noising Technique for AeroEngine Vibration Signal Based on Median Filter-Singular Value Decomposition
Since the feature extraction of aero-engine vibration signals is interfered by the impulse noise and random noise,a new combined de-noising technique is proposed based on median filter-singular value decomposition (MF-SVD).The impulse noise could be removed by the median filter and the random noise could be reduced by SVD.In order to determine the de-noising order of SVD,the energy difference spectrum was introduced to improve the de-noising capability of SVD.The median filter and improved SVD de-noising method were combined to reduce the impulse noise and random noise and the useful signals including the weak fault signals were extracted effectively.The combined technique is checked to be effective through the simulation and then it is applied to the fault analysis of aero-engine successfully.Finally,the proposed combined technique is proved to have good application value in the analysis of aero-engine vibration signals.
