The Analysis and Research of Mechanical Vibration and Dynamic Load for Horizontal Worm Screen Centrifuge

  Horizontal worm screen centrifuge usually produces eccentric load under its working conditions,which due to the unevenly distributed material.The size,position and vector direction of the force change with time,and the whole centrifuge is a complex system.So it’s difficult to calculate the transient response caused by eccentric load.A parametric model for whole machine is constructed by APDL language in ANSYS.The COMBIN14 element type is used to simulate bearings and shock absorbers.Equivalent treatment of motor and wield components of whole machine is implemented by MASS21 element type.NEWMARK full method is used to do transient dynamic analysis,which calculates the characteristic curves of both spindle and the dynamic loads from centrifuge to its installation base.The research results show that using FEM to analysis the mechanical vibration and dynamic load of horizontal worm screen centrifuge can get results which are consistent to the test of trial run with feeding materials.This method solves the calculation problem of mechanical vibration and dynamic loads,which has long depended on empirical estimation,and shortens the design cycle of new products,and lays a research foundation for improving working performance and working reliability of the whole machine.
