The Dynamic Analysis of Sfd-Sliding Bearing Flexible Rotor System Based On Optimization Design

The Squeeze Film Damper SFD can improve the stability of rotary mechanical system to a certain extent.The parameters of the SFD rotor system have definite influences on the dynamic characteristic,however,not any arbitrary SFD can increase rotor system stability and vibration damping,therefore,optimization design is to make the systems dynamic performance to achieve the best in the range of reasonable parameters.This paper research the sensitivity of the SFD-sliding bearing rotor system and dynamic optimization by comprehensively applying the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The study shows: SFD clearance,bearing clearance,shaft stiffness and oil viscosity have great effects on the first two critical speeds and the system is more sensitive to these parameters.Based on the design variables offered by the sensitivity analysis,this paper employs genetic algorithm to give an optimization analysis on critical speed,which aims to remove critical speed from working speed as much as possible,and through the optimization,the critical speed has been greatly ameliorated.Optimization analysis supplies theoretical basis and method for improving the dynamic stability of high-speed rotor system,thereby providing reference for the design of such rotor.
