Comfortable Evaluation of Engine Mounting
In order to study the impact of engine mounting on vehicle ride comfort,comfortable evaluation method of engine mounting was given out according to vehicle ride test methods at home and abroad.A truck was selected for a test object.The vibration acceleration response of engine mounting in several directions were tested.Vibration acceleration response in different direction of every engine mounting was analyzed by frequency distribution.The comfort evaluation method was used to test and evaluate the truck’s engine mounting.The result showed that the vibration acceleration response of truck’s engine mounting may feel very uncomfortable.The impact of engine mounting on vehicle ride comfort was quantified by the evaluation method,which was easy for engine mounting’s improvement of structural parameters in order to match the vehicle better.Finally evaluative results and actual passenger feeling were compared,they were consistent.
