Comfortable Evaluation of Vehicle Cab Suspension
In order to study the impact of vehicle cab suspension to vehicel ride comfort,comfortable evaluation method of vehicle cab suspension was given out firstly according to vehicle ride test methods at home and abroad.A truck was chosen as an example for road test with different speed.The vibration acceleration response of vehicle cab suspension in several directions were tested.Vibration acceleration response in different direction of every cab suspension was analyzed by frequency distribution in detail.The comfortable evaluation method was used to test and evaluate the cab suspension,the result showed that the vibration acceleration response of truck’s cab suspension felt a little uncomfortable when low speed and extremely uncomfortable when high speed,which was an gradually changing process.The test showed that the impact of cab suspension to vehicel ride comfort was quantified by the evaluation method,which was easy for cab suspension’s improvement of structural parameters in order to match the vehicle better.Finally evaluative results and actual passenger feeling were compared,they were consistent.
