Research on the Acoustic and Vibration Characteristics of Underwater Double-shell Model Based on Hybrid FE-SEA Method
Equations of motion of FE-SEA hybrid system, diffuse field reciprocity relationship, system response and reverberant power balance expressions were given based on FE-SEA hybrid method.Through numerical simulations, the hybrid FE-SEA models of single-plate and double-plates sound-insulation structures were built, and SEA models were built at the same time.In a quite wide frequency the sound-insulation performance of both models were analyzed separately, and compared with the theoretical values. The results showed that: the relative errors of each parameter of simulation and theory are 0.4%~7.6% and the double-plates structure has superior sound-insulation performance than the single-plate structure on the same thickness.A double spherical-cylindrical-spherical shells model, applied with the exciting force of some certain type engine, was built. The acoustic and vibration effects on the model of different annular mediums with or without braces connected inner and outer shells were analyzed. The results showed that: when the model with braces, the medium has little effect in low frequency,as a result of the vibration energy was mainly transmitted via braces. On the medium and high frequency, the differences of the vibration velocity of the outer shell and the acoustic pressure of external flow field with different medium were all about 2dB.When the model without braces, the medium plays a leading role,as a result of the vibration velocity of the outer shell and the acoustic pressure of external flow field with different medium have significant difference in a quite wide frequency.
