Small-signal Analysis for Oil Particle Microfluidic Chip Based on Wavelet Transform
Metal wear debris is a key component of contamination in lubrication oil,and an essential information carrier in hydraulic oil.A microfluidic method based on measuring the induction change is developed to detect metal particles in oil.A key advantage of this microfluidic chip is the very small distance between the particles inside oil and the embedded induction coil,which greatly improves the sensitivity of the detection.Wavelet transform methodology is carried out for the detection in this paper,experimental about iron particles smaller than 18μm and 38μm copper ones detection shows that this method is contributed to detect the small size metal particles for the microfluidic chip.
