Design and Optimization of a Small Plane Vibration Screening Device
In order to improve the efficiency of the plane vibrating cleaning devices,and make the structure more compact,a small plane vibration cleaning device was designed.With the software ADMAS,the influence of the structural parameters of the components on the movement was analyzed,and the structural parameters were optimized with the numerical analysis function of the software.The optimization results showed that,when the length of screening device’s crane is 2.5 cm and the speed of crane is 360r/min for this combine harvester with cutting table width 1m,it obtained the best efficiency.
