Test Analysis and Solution of Abnormal Vibration Problem of a Truck Cab
By the combination of testing and finite element simulation,this paper researches and solves the problem of the abnormal vibration of a truck cab in specific speed.Firstly,the vibrations of Axle,frame and cab in different speed are tested,and after combining the test results with the characteristics of the main automotive vibration source,the vibration source of the abnormal vibration of a truck cab is identified.Then,the finite element model is established and the modal analysis is performed.By analyzing the vibration characteristics of each component in the road tests and combining with the simulation results,the factors causing the abnormal vibration of the truck are found.Based on the work above,structure optimization of frame is conducted,and the truck is remanufactured and tested.The results show that the abnormal vibration problem of a truck cab is solved reasonably.
