The Research of Vibration and Mechanics Characteristic Parameters Test and Analysis for Railway Ballasted Track under Tamping Conditions
In high-speed and heavy-load train under the action of cyclic loading and natural environmental factors,some ballasted track cannot reply the defects such as deformation,ballast bed degradation,so that the track maintenance cycle is shortened,and the cost increase.At present,tamping homework is valid method to eliminate distortion,restore elasticity of ballast track.Vibration and mechanics characteristics of ballasted track are the research object in this work.With the aid of modern testing analysis software and hardware,to obtain and analysis medium vibration characteristic parameters under the ballast tamping condition is main work in this study.The first work is to establish test analysis model a field test.Field test completes two major aspects of data measurement.On the one hand is the measurement for stress - time change trend curve for tamping tines.On the other hand is measurement for stress - time change trend curve for tamping tines.The results showed that while carrying out tamping operations,tamping tines is impacted by the periodical alternating load,and produced larger strain plugged instantly picks.After entered the stage of clamping,cutting pick body strain growth rate is relatively slow,the body strain of tamping tines is in a relatively stable state.Thus,the factor decided to the life of tamping tines and efficiency of tamping is the moment of impact load to tamping tines.So we suggest when designers make tamping tines design,it should be to pick body inserted under impact load as calculating load.
