Study on the Influence of Centrifugal Pump Vibration under Different Speed-adjustable Mode
(0) Centrifugal pump is widely used in fluid pipeline system as a rotating machinery,in order to meet the flow needs of system for centrifugal.centrifugal pump in different conditions,throttle valve or electric converter can be used to adjust the flow of centrifugal pump.The vibration characteristics on centrifugal pump outlet pipeline is analysised,vibration on centrifugal pump outlet pipeline mainly consists of the motor vibration and flow-induced vibration.Test are used to measure the variation on the centrifugal pump outlet pipeline under throttle valve control or electric converter control.The results shows that the vibration on the centrifugal pump outlet pipeline under electric converter control is smaller.Therefore,the frequency control can reduce the vibration of centrifugal pump outlet pipeline.
