Numerical Simulation and Measurement of Dynamics of Testing Gun Mount
In order to decrease the impact on shooting accuracy caused by human factors in the machine gun type approval testing,a new type testing gun mount system was designed to replace gunner to conduct the automatic shooting.The finite element model was first established to calculate and analyze its natural characteristics.On basis of calculation results,the modal testing system was set up and the experimental points,including the exciting points and the vibration pickup points,were determined.Then,modal experiment of the system was carried out and the experimental modal parameters were obtained.Through comparison between calculating parameters and experimental parameters,on one hand,the rationality of the structure design and the finite element model were demonstrated.On the other hand,the results laid the foundation for dynamic modification and optimization design in the future.
