Design of Electric Property Test System of Capacitance Proximity Fuze for Mortar Bombs
In order to scientifically estimate the quality variety law of the stockpile capacitance proximityfuze for mortar bombs, an electric property test system of capacitance proximity fuze for mortar bomb is designed.This test sysytem is designed based on the virtual instrument technology and uses a varactor network as the core.The paper analyses the basic principles of the capacitance fuze for detecting targets and proposes the overall design scheme of the electric property test system of capacitance proximity fuze for mortar bombs and detailed designs the virtual instrument test platform, the signal conditioning circuit, the target effect simulation platform, the airflow generation set and the power supply.The engineering prototype of the test system is manufactured and some functionality experiments are finished.The test results indicate that the design scheme is reasonable, the technic is feasible, and the test system can satisfy the needs of electric property test of the capacitance proximity fuze for mortar bombs.
